Problem

DB Web Solutions needed a website that could support premium commercial work without looking like a template agency or a personal CV. The public experience had to explain technical ownership, make Dmitrijs visible, present broad capability without claiming every technology, and give clients a credible route from evaluation to enquiry. The platform also had to be multilingual, maintainable, searchable, legally transparent, and deployable through the same disciplined process offered to clients.

Solution

Dmitrijs designed and implemented the site as a Drupal 11 application with structured Paragraph components, project case studies, Media, EN/LV/RU content, search, a contact workflow, SEO metadata, accessibility foundations, and a custom responsive theme. Project-owned content is stored as repeatable YAML snapshots, while Docker, immutable release publication, staging and production deployment, health checks, and operational documentation connect the application to its runtime.

Result

The multilingual platform is now live at dbws.eu, bringing positioning, services, the delivery approach, project evidence, contact handling, legal information, and deployment operations into one system. Production delivery uses immutable releases promoted from staging with fail-closed validation, health checks, backups, and controlled routing. The same codebase also serves as a reusable foundation for future DB Web Solutions projects. No traffic, lead, or conversion outcomes are claimed until enough live measurement exists.

A first-party demonstration of technical ownership

DB Web Solutions is both the subject and owner of this project. The website directly demonstrates how Dmitrijs approaches content architecture, Drupal implementation, frontend quality, infrastructure, release controls, and long-term maintainability when one technical owner is responsible for the complete system.

A service offer organised around technical ownership

The Services journey groups Drupal platforms, PHP applications, frontend and mobile collaboration, e-commerce and integrations, infrastructure and DevOps, maintenance, and support around client problems rather than a scattered framework list. Structured components keep the offer readable across languages and screen sizes.

DB Web Solutions contact form for structured project enquiries.

A clear path from evaluation to a useful enquiry

The Contact flow helps a potential client describe the system and the type of help required, states how the submitted details are used, warns against sending secrets, and routes delivery through the branded mailbox and queued mail workflow. The form is treated as part of the operating system, not as a decorative endpoint.

One codebase, three connected responsibilities

The public website, Drupal application, and delivery process are designed as one maintainable system.

Commercial content system

Founder-led positioning, structured services, verified project evidence, multilingual content, metadata, and legal information form one coherent client journey.

Drupal application

Reusable content models, Paragraph components, Media, project case studies, search, forms, translations, and editorial tools keep content structured and maintainable.

Release and operations

Container images, fail-closed validation, immutable releases, staging and production workflows, health checks, cron, and operational documentation connect source code to a controlled runtime.

Project status — July 2026

The website launched in production at dbws.eu in July 2026 after production-readiness review, immutable release publication, staging acceptance, and controlled promotion. The live platform now has health checks, backups, multilingual content, search, contact handling, privacy controls, and production operations in place. Initial monitoring and measurement of real visitor behaviour are now ongoing. This is a first-party DB Web Solutions project, so no client permission is required to publish its implementation details and screenshots.
