When you need to understand a system before deciding what to change. An agreed review produces prioritised findings, key risks, practical options and a recommended next scope. The proposal specifies what can be inspected and what is outside the assessment.
Project delivery — typically from €5,000
When the goal is a working change: a new platform, integration, migration or modernisation. Delivery follows an agreed scope, milestones and acceptance criteria, with responsibilities for launch and the post-delivery period defined before work begins.
Ongoing technical support — from €750/month
When an application needs planned maintenance and continued development. Agree the covered systems, available capacity, communication and response expectations. New features or incidents outside that scope are assessed and approved separately.
