Operator and website enquiries
DB Web Solutions is the professional brand under which Dmitrijs Brujevs provides and coordinates technical services; it is not a separate incorporated company. This website provides general information about the available capabilities and working approach. It is not a binding offer or project agreement, and its general descriptions are not guaranteed project outcomes. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or require either party to proceed.
Project terms, pricing, invoicing, and payment
Services begin only after the scope, responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, delivery and intellectual-property terms, and the actual contracting party have been agreed in writing. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and are not binding quotations. Dmitrijs Brujevs currently declares tax residence in Latvia, but the contracting party, invoice issuer, payment route, governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute process for each engagement are defined by its proposal, order, statement of work, contract, and other applicable documents. A particular engagement may use Abillio or another agreed service for contracting, invoicing, or payment. Such a service is independent from DB Web Solutions, is not used for every engagement, and its documents identify the parties and terms that apply when it is used.
Acceptable use, content, and availability
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful material. Unless stated otherwise, the website content and DB Web Solutions brand assets may not be copied or presented as your own work. External services are governed by their own terms and policies. The website may be changed, suspended, or corrected without notice, and uninterrupted availability is not promised. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law, liability, and any dispute process for paid work belong in the applicable written project agreement.
